I am a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist,  Bodyworker, and Holistic Health Practitioner with extensive training and education. I am also a teacher and licensed clinical professional counselor. My passion and life work has been and is devoted to assisting others on their personal journey of self-discovery and integration of body, mind and spirit.

Massage, energy work, and bodywork assist each of us in our healing journey.

I tailor sessions to your specific needs incorporating profound western and eastern massage modalities and energy work. These include therapeutic and relaxation massage; myofascial and deep tissue release; Jing Acutouch and meridian massage; cranial sacral therapy; and Reiki. I have further training in Touch for Health and BodyTalk. These are powerful approaches which use muscle function testing to address body, mind and spirit imbalances, empowering a client’s innate ability to restore balance and wellbeing in life.
